So, it’s getting closer and closer to our departure time (16:00 EST) and Ashley is getting so nervous. I wish there was something I could do to calm her down, but I can’t really think of too much to comfort her. I’m getting pretty excited myself, though I’m worried about getting through airport security. I wasn’t even that worried about it until Ashley started going over all the TSA guidelines with me and now, I just hope we get through there with little effort. I will hopefully be able to get some pictures of the trip process put up as the vacation goes on, so please check my Flickr feed. Down the right side of the page, you’ll see my Flickr badge. For those faithful followers that might be worried about Buckley, have no fear. I have spared no expense in making sure that he will be comfortable in my absence at a pet hotel at a local Petsmart. Supposedly he will have a nice big bed, will be walked and fed properly and will also get playtime with other dogs, so I’m not at all worried about leaving him behind. I’m quite sure he’ll be very comfortable and it’s not like I’ll be gone for too terribly long, only a couple of days.

Also, big thanks to my roommate Harv who is going to drop us off at the airport. That way I won’t have to leave my car in the airport parking lot.
