Yes, the rumors you have heard are indeed correct: toddgrooms.com officially works in IE 7 (well, displays correctly anyway). This was not fixed by the WordPress update, but was fixed Tuesday morning by myself. It was a really weird fix and it turned out it all came down to how IE 7 inappropriately handles ‘float’ within it’s elements. I’m very happy that I could get my site working for you IE 7 die-hards out there (Debra).
