Simply Ridiculous

I have seen this commercial a couple of times now and every time I see it, it leaves me speechless. I’ve always seen this craptastic commercials that always promise to “speed up” your computer for a nominal fee. Yeah, I hate to do it, but bullshit. It just doesn’t work like that. To show you an example of how shoddy their advertising is, let us examine that advertisement in question:

First of all, you’ll notice that the first guy is using an iMac. Ok, I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and we’ll assume that it’s an Intel based iMac. He is running Windows on it and he notices that it’s just kind of slow (yes, try to get past the oscar-worthy acting to look at the computer problems). So I’ll give them that one. But then after that you see a woman using a Mac laptop. Can you guess what laptop it is? Incase you don’t know, it’s an iBook. But I know you are about to say, “Yeah but Mac’s can run Windows now through Bootcamp!” Well, that is true for the new Intel Mac’s, but the iBook is pre-Intel. That is a PowerPC chip running Windows natively. You are witnessing history here folks. After all, Microsoft couldn’t even do that, but apparently the people over at finallyfast.com can. What a crock of shit. From this point on it’s just lies wrapped in crap and they are doing it in such a way to make you out to be an idiot. They are probably making a killing off of this product though. I happen to know quite a few people who have probably already given them money when their computer just didn’t seem quite as fast anymore. Instead of wasting money on this, spend some time in backing up your data, reformatting, and reinstalling. You’ll be much happier and see way better results.
