First Dropped Class

Well, I've had a good run in my college career. Nearly four full years without dropping a class… until now. I had a hard time deciding whether or not I should continue on with this one course (not the course that is taught by that God awful professor I mentioned yesterday), but instead a course that I took as an elective that I wasn't even sure I wanted to take in the first place. The class was Introduction to Bioinformatics and honestly, I just don't like biology enough to stick with it. It's an online course too, which really hurt me as I haven't had biology since my sophomore year in high school and I really can't remember much about it; with the class being an online course, it would have been up to me to read through everything and understand it on my own. That would be quite a feat seeing as how I wouldn't even know the basics. I tried doing some of the work, but I just became so disinterested in it. Nothing against the field, it's just not my cup of tea.

So now that I have dropped this course, this means I'll just have to take two classes next summer, instead of the one I had planned. No biggie.

Proud to say I have dropped many a class. I like choices.
