What?

What a long and strange journey it's been. I honestly can't believe this website is still here and that if you are reading this, that you still come here. I appreciate the dedication. As it stands right now, I'm in my last semester at U of L. This summer I'm taking two classes and of course thesis hours. Oddly enough, I just recently found out that I have four to five weeks left to finish said thesis so that I can graduate this semester. No pressure.

Other than that mess, I haven't been up to much. I'm getting ready to leave my current job (which I will be more at liberty to discuss later on in the week), getting married in August, honeymoon after that, and of course, the big news of the summer, moving to Murfreesboro, TN at the end of July. Ashley starts at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) at the end of August, so we are moving down there.

As it stands right now, I'm currently trying to find a job down in the Nashville area as well. I'm holding out for an instructor job at one of the local colleges, but seeing as how I'm not officially graduated, it could put things in a bit of a pickle. If that doesn't work out, I may just get a contract job as a programmer for a few months so I could stay open for the spring in hopes of finding an instructor job then, but all of that is up in the air at the moment. I would really like to stay in the academia field since I still would like to go for my PhD someday, so if anyone has a suggestion, please feel free to leave it.

Anyway, I kind of have that thesis to work on, so I'm about to go feed Buckley and get to working on that some more. Just wanted to leave an update to keep everyone up to speed. Take care.
