Vitals and Sleep Tracking
I have been wearing my watch lately to help track my sleep quality. Last Friday, I ended up having two beers and a cheeseburger for dinner. That night, I woke up and was unable to fall back asleep for a while. Vitals helpfully alerted me to outliers during my sleep that might have affected my sleep. My heart and respiratory rates were elevated, which apparently led to the decrease in sleep. I think the lesson learned here is to maybe cut back on the beer.
